  • What is the after-sales policy?

    Focalmax promises that the product can be returned unconditionally within 7 days from the date of purchase (the actual date of receipt of the product). For quality issues, the product can be replaced within 15 days of purchase, and the product comes with a 1-year warranty. You can submit orders online or contact the Focalmax customer service center to handle product return or exchange.

  • Products may not be returned or exchanged under the following situations:

    Products that were purchased through any unofficial Focalmax stores on Taobao or other sales channels (The serial numbers of which are not valid);
    Products whose warranty period have expired (ie. products that have exceed the warranty periods);
    Products whose quality issues are a result of unauthorized maintenance, improper use, damage from an impact, neglect, misuse, immersion in liquid, accident, alterations, improper installation or products with torn or altered labels, machine serial numbers or security tags;
    Products with incomplete external packaging, accessories, free gifts, user manuals, or receipts have been lost or altered;
    Malfunction is caused by a force majeure event.
